Triple D Inc. Standard Warranty
* Customer furnished part, Triple D Inc. does not guarantee the customer furnished part and if the customer furnished part is found to be defective or the incorrect part in any way or at any time during the repair the customer is responsible for any and all diagnostic, labor & parts required to to replaced the defective or incorrect part every time it has to be replaced.
The warranty of Triple D Inc does not extend to cover any Technical Service Bulletins (TSB) for any products of any kind such as but not limited to engine oil consumption. Example: if Triple D Inc. sales and installs a used engine assembly that has a TSB out for an engine oil consumption concern, this concern is not covered under any warranty offered by Triple D Inc.
Triple D Inc. is not responsible for the inspection of a customer furnished part, the facility that sold the product to the customer is responsible for providing a correct and operational product.
There will be a minimum 30 day warranty on any labor provided by Triple D Inc. and a minimum 30 day warranty on parts sold and installed by Triple D Inc. unless otherwise stated.
Any part(s) sold & installed by Triple D Inc. will have a specific warranty depending upon the part, the part condition, the part vendor or manufacturer and mileage.
Used part(s) sold & installed by Triple D Inc. will have a minimum 30 day warranty, new & re-manufactured part(s) sold installed by Triple D Inc. may have up to a 3 year or 100k mile warranty depending on the part and the repair and all specific warranty information will be written on the invoice on a case by case basis.
Any warranty claim must be diagnosed and repaired by Triple D Inc. only, no reimbursement will be given for diagnosis, parts or labor performed by any other facility. NO EXCEPTIONS.
There will be no refund on any parts or labor unless the part was sold, installed and removed by Triple D Inc. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Triple D Inc. does not guarantee any part(s) on the customers vehicle other than the part(s) listed on the invoice as sold & installed by Triple D Inc. only.
If a customer furnished part(s) fails or is found to be defective any and all cost will be the responsibility of the customer or the facility that sold the part(s) including the labor, if the facility needs the failed part(s) to be inspected in order to cover any cost including labor the inspection must be performed at Triple D Inc. in the presence of all parties, a Triple D Inc. representative, the customer and a representative from the facility that sold the product. If the facility that sold the part declines to do this and insist that the product be returned to their facility for inspection that facility will automatically claim responsibility for the failed part(s) and any part(s) and labor required to repair or replace the failed or defective part(s). TRIPLE D INC WILL NOT PAY FOR ANY FAILED OR DEFECTIVE PART(S) OR LABOR ONCE THE PRODUCT LEAVES THE POSSESSION OF TRIPLE D INC. WITHOUT BEING INSPECTED IN THE PRESENCES OF ALL PARTIES INVOLVED..
In order for Triple D Inc. to cost a customer money there must be a justifiable reason to do so, these reasons are as follows: the customer must request a specific repair or part replacement be performed by Triple D Inc. or a specific part must fail at least a visual inspection.
Triple D will NOT replace parts just because it is convenient at the time of repair as this will cause the repair and cost of the repair to get out of control for replacing part(s) that do not need replacing because it is just convenient unless the customer request a part installed or repair be performed at the time of repair.
If a customer arrives at Triple D Inc. with a self diagnosis and request their diagnosis be repaired then Triple D Inc. will not guarantee the repair to solve the customers concerns.
Triple D Inc. will only guarantee our own diagnosis and repair that is performed by Triple D Inc.
Vehicles that arrive at Triple D Inc. that have already been disassembled will not leave with a warranty of any kind from Triple D Inc.
Any and all COR(E) parts must be removed from Triple D Inc. within 48 hours once the customer is notified that the repair is completed.
Any COR(E) parts left longer that 48 hours will be disposed of and no one will be reimbursed for the price of the disposed part(s).
Customers will have 7 business days to pay for their repairs and remove their vehicle(s) from the day they are notified it is ready by phone, text, email, voicemail or messages left of any kind.
Any vehicle left longer than 7 business days will be charged a $10.00 per day storage charge that will include weekends and holidays.
Triple D Inc. is not responsible for loss of property due theft, vandalism or acts of nature that are out of the control of Triple D Inc. such as but not limited to floods, hail, or tornadoes for vehicles outside of the building.
Customers who choose to leave their vehicles at Triple D Inc. outside of normal operating business hours will do so at their own risk.
Repairs made at Triple D Inc. do not guarantee warning light(s) will not turn on, if any warning light(s) do turn on the customer is responsible for any and all diagnosis, parts & labor required to turn off the warning light(s) unless otherwise stated.
